Group lessons

Booking

Group lessons can be reserved online up to two hours before class begins – and no earlier than two months in advance.

Cancellation

Cancellations may only be made via the cancellation link found in your confirmation mail and must be submitted no later than two hours before class begins. Cancellations by telephone or e-mail are unfortunately not possible. Group lessons not cancelled on time (see above) must be paid for.

Payment

All classes can be paid for in cash, with credit card or with TWINT before or directly after the group lesson. Prepaid lessons or subscriptions are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Subscriptions

Duration

Subscriptions (e.g. set of 10 lessons) are valid for four months from the date of purchase. After this point, subscriptions become invalid and unused lessons expire. There is no claim to a refund – full or partial – for prepaid subscriptions.

Payment

All subscriptions can be paid for in cash, with credit card or with TWINT before or directly after the private or group lesson. Subscriptions can also be purchased online.

Renewals and refunds

There is no claim to a renewal of a subscription owing to holiday or work-related absences. Prepaid lessons or subscriptions are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Termination

Subscriptions may only be discontinued in the event of illness, accident or pregnancy upon presentation of a medical certificate. The certificate must state that the relevant course may not be attended. Please inform us immediately via e-mail (welcome@motionlounge.ch) if you need to stop your subscription on medical grounds.

General legal and organisational information

• Prices and class timetables are subject to change at any time. There is no claim to a refund.
• All prices include value-added tax (VAT).
• Personal details and information will be treated confidentially. Data will not be disclosed to third parties. Excluded from this is the transfer of data to authorised employees for organisational reasons.
• Insurance is the sole responsibility of the course participants. No liability will be accepted.
