Doron embarked on his journey with yoga and energetic healing in the 1990s when he travelled through India for the first time and encountered several yogis and teachers.

Deeply impressed by the profound teachings and personal transformations he experienced, he delved into the philosophy of energy healing and established a dedicated daily practice.

His own experiences – which revealed the interconnectedness of body, mind and spirit – motivated him to explore various holistic approaches and body therapies, eventually leading him to become a teacher himself. In 2025, Doron published the book “Energiearbeit – Die Sprache deiner Seele” (Energy work – the language of your soul / available in German only).

Doron focuses on enhancing energy flow and an inner awareness of the body and breath. Deeply intuitive, he draws inspiration from traditional and modern yoga styles. In his yoga sessions, he combines gentle yet dynamic movements with sustained postures. This approach awakens and loosens muscles and joints, revitalises deep tissue, and explores the balance between effort and ease to cultivate expanded consciousness and newfound freedom.
