The therapeutic cushion therapy \u2013 an integral part of the dynamic spinal therapy \u2013 begins with the therapist determining the length of your legs and, if necessary, manually realigning your pelvis with specific stretches and rotations. Then, while you lie on the soft therapeutic cushion, your body is rocked back and forth, with the gentle rhythmic motion of the cushion moving your vertebrae back into line. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
