In 2025, Doron published the book \u201cEnergiearbeit \u2013 Die Sprache deiner Seele\u201d (Energy work \u2013 the language of your soul \/ available in German only).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doron focuses on enhancing energy flow and an inner awareness of the body and breath. Deeply intuitive, he draws inspiration from traditional and modern yoga styles. In his yoga sessions, he combines gentle yet dynamic movements with sustained postures. This approach awakens and loosens muscles and joints, revitalises deep tissue, and explores the balance between effort and ease to cultivate expanded consciousness and newfound
